Research on the digital twin for thermal characteristics of motorized spindle

چکیده

With the increase of spindle speed, heat generation becomes crucial problem high-speed motorized spindle. In order to obtain actual thermal behavior a spindle, digital twin system for characteristics is developed in this paper. The mechanism simulate machine tool through mapping and correcting boundary conditions using data acquisition correction models. proposed includes three modules which are software, system, physical model with embedding sensors. software based on Qt C + programming language secondary development ANSYS. Correction models boundaries correct contact resistance temperatures measured by at key points. To verify prediction accuracy an experiment carried out experimental results show that greater than 95%. It great significance improve simulation optimization.
